Feed The Need Durham is an organization working to end food insecurity and hunger in the Durham region. They do this through a network of 62 member agencies and partner organizations such as churches, schools and public service networks throughout Durham.
To signal the growth strategy and community impact of FTND, the organization wanted to leverage their out-of-home transportation opportunity to communicate the master brand externally and engage the community to amplify their value proposition and brand story.
Our Brief: Food insecurity is a complex and multi-layered issue. FTND required a breakthrough design that reflected both the complexity and the impact on the community, and to help build awareness of their organization.
The Results: Using a design thinking approach, we used the exterior panels of the truck to ‘reveal’ the unexpected things inside: the outcomes on the people FTND impacts.
